Where there is a potentially very simple solution to a fault which can be provided over the telephone or via video call, we will always do our best to avoid the need for an Engineer visit and hence the invoice which comes with it. We believe this is common sense and helps build trust with our clients.

This commitment extends equally to the selection and training of our Engineers. Yes, we ensure that they have the necessary expertise, training and qualifications to undertake the work to the standard required, but we also select team members who can demonstrate great customer service and communication skills since this element can be equally important to our clients when attending site and organising works. We also commit to leaving the work site clean and tidy .
