Our goal is to provide a first class “Client Experience” from our initial appraisal of your needs, to completion of your works, and if you are partnered with us on a contractual basis, throughout the term of your Agreement. 
 
Our ethos is to forge long term relationships with our clientele, whether they be professional advisors, building managers or high (and very high) net worth individuals. 
Where there is a potentially very simple solution to a fault which can be provided over the telephone or via video call, we will always do our best to avoid the need for an Engineer visit and hence the invoice which comes with it. We believe this is common sense and helps build trust with our clients.

OUR ENGINEERS 

Our D.A.G Services Management work as a close knit team, and all staff share our company ethos and commitment to meeting high standards of workmanship and providing a personal service. We are pleased to discuss your needs in person, by telephone or via a Zoom call. We liken ourselves to a family, and view our valued clients as extended members, endeavouring to provide that same level of care as we would to one of our own. 
 
This commitment extends equally to the selection and training of our Engineers. Yes, we ensure that they have the necessary expertise, training and qualifications to undertake the work to the standard required, but we also select team members who can demonstrate great customer service and communication skills since this element can be equally important to our clients when attending site and organising works. We also commit to leaving the work site clean and tidy .
