Desmond (Des) Haley Managing Director and Senior Engineer 

Des undertook a Building Services mechanical and electrical apprenticeship with Southern Mechanical Services in Farnham in the 1980s. As his career progressed, he moved on to work as a senior Engineer for Honeywell Control Systems in Bracknell. Des oversaw Honeywell’s first Facilities Management contract in the United Kingdom while working with FM Squared and the Digital Corporation at DEC Park in Reading. After ten years of service, Des finished working for Honeywell on an FM contract with Kuwait Petroleum in Staines, Middlesex. 
 
While at Honeywell Des was given the opportunity to serve in Britain’s reserved armed forces as a specialist engineer in the Royal Engineers. Complimenting his civil building Services work, Des worked in a STRE team responsible for looking after the British Military estates all over the world. After reaching 55 years old, Des retired from this position having finally completed 30 years’ service. 
 
Once his ten-year service with Honeywell controls finished and after travelling in North America, Des started D.A.G Services Ltd in 2000. The company has now been running for over 20 years and has built up a large clientele specialising in Building Services and FM contracts throughout London and the South East. 
 
Des is married to Fabienne, a French lady he met in London, they have a young son and a second home in Normandy. 

Luca Nassa Junior Engineer 

Luca is a dynamic Junior Engineer here at DAG Services, whose journey into the trades sector began straight out of college with a job at B&Q. It was there that he was encouraged to explore his passion for engineering, immersing himself in the world of trades and harbouring his skills. With a natural curiosity and a drive to learn, Luca quickly became adept at picking up new concepts and techniques. He takes things head-on and never shies away from getting his hands dirty. 
 
Known for his cheeky charm, Luca is not just a talented engineer, but also a fantastic people person. His exceptional customer service skills and personable nature make him a favourite among colleagues and clients alike. With a bright future ahead, Luca is full of potential and is undertaking an apprenticeship at Newbury College. His enthusiasm and dedication to his craft truly sets him apart as an apprentice in the industry. 
 
Luca likes to go to the gym in his free time and spends a lot of time with his dad, learning the tricks of yet another trade, car mechanics. He is truly a hard worker and a valued member of the team. 
 

Emma Homewood Office Manager 

Emma is our dedicated Operations and Office Manager here at DAG Services. She brings extensive experience in office-based roles, including positions as a PA and office manager. Her diverse skill set is invaluable to our team, as she expertly manages relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that all the behind-the-scenes operations run seamlessly. 
 
As a vital part of our management system, Emma provides essential leadership to both our engineers and office staff, always prioritising client satisfaction. Based in our Farnham office, Emma is always ready to assist, answering calls and responding to emails to resolve any client queries efficiently. Emma's commitment and expertise truly make her an integral part of DAG's success. 
 
Emma likes to spend her free time walking her dogs, Bella and Beau and treating herself to delicious meals in her favourite restaurants. Being a huge Coldplay fan, Emma won't shy away from a good gig, either! 
 

Sofia Nassa Head of Marketing 

Sofia is our Head of Marketing here at DAG Services, she brings a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking to the team. With a year of studying graphic design at university and a qualification in content creation, she possesses a diverse skill set that enhances her marketing efforts. Filled with passion and innovative ideas, Sofia constantly thinks outside the box, developing new strategies to ensure client satisfaction and to help drive DAG's success. 
 
In addition to her marketing expertise, Sofia plays a crucial role in the operational side of things, ensuring that every client is handled efficiently and effectively. Her positive attitude shines through in everything she does, always approaching tasks with a smile. 
 
In her spare time, Sofia enjoys spending her weekends with her boyfriend down by the coast in Kent and runs her freelancing business taking commissions for personalised digital portraits.
