We are Safe Contractor, Oftec, Gas Safe & ISO 9001 accredited. 
Do you just do maintenance contracts for commercial locations? 
No, we can also install equipment, providing what is required meets all the required standards for safety & effective maintenance. 
Do you install domestic boilers? 
Sorry we don’t carry out standard domestic installations in single properties, however we are happy to assist you in installations in apartment blocks, small estates of houses and substantial residences and country homes. 
Do you have a 24/7 Emergency call out facility? 
We do for our clients who hold one of our Maintenance Contracts, which are highly recommended. We do not provide an Ad Hoc emergency call out facility. 
Do we have to have separate contracts for each location 
We can provide a single contract to cover multiple sites, once we have completed a full inspection of all sites and brought the equipment up to the required standard of repair for each location. 
Can payment for Maintenance Contracts be on Direct Debit on a monthly basis? 
Yes, subject to contract conditions and size of contract. We can also accept monthly BACS transfers.
